The Art of Beauty 10 color cream contour and hilight pallette. Also see matching blush palette
Start with concealer, lightest -medium shade. Conceal what you think are imperfections. Add light to areas you want to enhance such as under eye area, top of cheekbone, chin, under lip, around nose to conceal redness. Then carve out your dramatic features with the darkertones. Cheekbones, across hairline and under jaw. Don't worry if it appears very dark.. you're going to blend blend blend! Use a velour firm but soft brush from POMP's brush collection. add a serum if you like from Shea Terra to really get the products to slip easy and glide to perfection. Then add a bit of foundation if you like but many skip it altogether for day time.
I like to add my foundation for long wear and full coverage. Next bake or loose powder. Baking is taking a super refined powder and laying it on under cheekbones, above cheekbones, under eyes and across forehead while you finish your eyes and lips. It sets so you can brush away the excess and have a beaustifully contoured and lifted look. Add hilighter above cheekbone under eye if you want to be extra! Get creative but blend, blend, blend!!! Then top it all off with a bit of color, add a pop of your fave color blush just to the touch of that cheek! Then S T O P there! DO NOT put blush on your forehead, nose or chin! Stop in for a lesson !
